Just wanted to let everyone know that the room block isn’t quite open yet. I expect the room block to be available tomorrow (Thursday), but for now, stay patient.

Again, when they’re ready, the rooms will be $129/night and that rate will be good for 3 days before and 3 days after the conference. Given where we are with EarlyBird registrations, I’ve set the room block at 30 rooms.

I can increase the room block if response goes through the roof, but that will be subject to whether there is space at the Disney World Coronado Springs Resort. While I’ve gotten word that there are no “massive” conventions going on that weekend, we will not be the only conference there. I encourage you to make your reservations as soon after I release the rooms as possible to ensure you get a room at the reduced rate.
