One of the benefits of staying on Disney property is the sheer number of places to eat.  You could spend forever evaluating all of your choices because you can have just about anything your heart desires.  Here is some information on the restaurants located on the Disney World Coronado Springs Resort, but look at any of the other resorts, Downtown Disney or any of the Theme Parks for hundreds of choices.
